At Plumstead Christian each academic area is seen as a vehicle to prepare young hearts and minds to be used for God in His created world.
Knowing His World
Your children are taught to read so that they can grow in God’s wisdom according to His Word. Science is explained as flowing from God the Creator, history is shown to be "His Story" (God’s impact on His world), and mathematics points to God’s never-changing truth and His established order in the universe.
Excelling In His World
Outstanding instruction in language (English and foreign), spelling, handwriting, computer science, health, music, art, and physical education are all part of the total PCS program. This is in addition to a wide range of extra-curricular activities designed to broaden the students’ horizons.
His World Of Opportunities
The abundance of Christian life experiences available at PCS includes music lessons, band, choir, drama, technology, yearbook, after-school clubs, the National Honor Society, and various ministry groups and mission trips. Our varsity athletic teams, the Panthers, participate in the Bicentennial Athletic League and compete in baseball, basketball, cheerleading, field hockey, soccer, softball, tennis, and wrestling.
