Faculty of Excellence
Maintaining high-quality programs requires us to recruit and retain high-quality faculty. How well we retain and recruit the best faculty is directly tied to our need to enhance faculty culture, benefits, and pay. The Faculty of Excellence fund is designed as a three-year short-term endowment — providing the school time to raise additional endowment funds beyond the first three years as these programs prove to be as successful as we believe they will be.
We seek funds necessary to elevate faculty pay and improve coaches’ stipends for the next three years in order to retain the quality faculty and coaches that serve our school.
Additionally, funding our professional development for faculty with an additional $30,000 spread out over three years will provide faculty with wonderful educational opportunities that will have direct and positive impact on the students who learn from them.
